“I started going to Sarah at Ardor and Grit in August of 2024, after a traumatic hair experience with my long-time hair stylist. My once bright silver hair was completely broken off at the root in most spots, and I had dyed it black so that it wouldn’t be as noticeable, but that color did not feel like “me”. Sarah did not hesitate to help me, but what she did do, was be honest with me. When I told her what I wanted done with my hair, she would make sure that my hair was not going to be compromised in any way. We started with color, weft extensions and a topper to blend it all, as my hair couldn’t handle k-tips. She gave me advice on how to keep my hair healthy while trying to grow it back, and go lighter. I know this review is supposed to be about hair and I will talk about hair but first I have to talk about you as a person. You are one of the most amazing and incredible humans I have ever had put in my life, your heart is such an example for what we all should strive for - your desire to live the best life you can with all of the passion you can rile up in your heart with all of the effort you have left in your physical and mental body.
